LaunchPad Growth Systems was built on experience, not assumption. Before we ever thought about building systems for home service businesses, we were on the other side of it — running them.

Our names are Jackson and Will, and between us we’ve spent 10+ years growing companies in lawn care, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, painting, landscaping, and pressure washing.

We learned very quickly that success in this industry doesn’t just come from doing good work. It comes from staying organized, responding quickly, keeping customers updated, managing leads properly, and running a business that feels controlled instead of chaotic. For a lot of owners, that part is the hardest.

Like most contractors, we ran into the same problems over and over again: missed calls while we were out working, people slipping through the cracks, slow follow-ups, outdated or ineffective websites, and tools that required too much time to manage. And when you’re already busy, “extra work disguised as software” isn’t helpful.

LaunchPad Growth Systems exists to solve those problems in a way that actually makes sense for real home service businesses. Our focus is on building systems that simplify, support, and strengthen what owners are already doing — not replace it or complicate it. We believe good systems make a business easier to run, not harder.
